Man arrested in connection with Tallaght Adventure World robbery

Gardaí investigating an armed robbery that occurred at Tallaght Adventire World located at Whitestown Business Park, Tallaght, on Sunday 10th April 2016 have arrested a man in relation to the incident.
The man in his late 20s was arrested on Monday evening and detained at Tallaght Garda Station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984.
The man has been released without charge and a file is being prepared for the Director of Public prosecutions.
Speaking to the Echo after the robbery took place, Cllr Dermot Richardson who owns Tallaght Adventure World described the robbery of a children’s play centre as “the lowest of the low”, with the raid leaving one staff member injured and other staff and children traumatised and upset.
