Man in wheelchair accused of dealing in €1,200 worth of heroin is remanded on continuing bail

A MAN in a wheelchair accused of dealing in €1,200 in heroin appeared before Tallaght Court.

Jason Brady was represented by his solicitor, Padraig O’Donovan. Sergeant Eithne Madden told Judge Patricia McNamara that the DPP had directed summary disposal.

She said it will be alleged that the heroin was worth €1,200. Judge McNamara accepted jurisdiction. Brady, aged 35, with an address at Cushlawn Drive, Tallaght, is charged with simple possession of heroin and possession of heroin for sale or supply at the above address on January 12, 2015.

Mr O’Donovan asked the judge to make an order for disclosure. He asked for some time to go through the case with his client. Judge McNamara remanded Brady on continuing bail to a date in February for a plea or a date for hearing.
