Man to appear in court following drug seizure in Clondalkin
A man is to appear in court in relation to an €800,000 drug seizure in Clondalkin.
The discovery was made when gardai stopped and searched a vehicle in the Clondalkin area on Tuesday – as part of an ongoing investigation targeting organised crime.
During the search, 40 kilogrammes of Cannabis with an estimated street value of €800,000 was seized along with approximately €80,000 in cash.
One male, aged 47, was arrested and taken to Clondalkin Garda Station
Gardai have charged the man arrested in relation to the seizure of cash and drugs.
He is due to appear before the Criminal Courts of Justice this morning, Wednesday, October 21.
