Neighbours object to house wrap-around insulation

Homeowners who externally insulated their house without planning permission are now being objected to “in the strongest possible terms” by their neighbours.

Clive and Samantha Ryan, from Kilnamanagh, have been facing a €5,000 fine and imprisonment since December, when South Dublin County Council made them aware that they should have applied for planning permission for the wrap-around insulation installed six years ago.
