
New 3G pitch to be voted on by councillors
The council has confirmed that the Part 8 proposal for the new synthetic 3G all-weather pitch at Greenhills Park will be voted on by councillors next month.
The head of the local authority shared the news at the latest council meeting that An Coimisiún Pleanála has stated that there is no need for an Environmental Impact Assessment report or Natura Impact Statement before the proposal for the new pitch in Greenhills is voted on.
