O’Dwyer English Auctioneers merge with HJ Byrne agents

HJ Byrne Estate Agents have acquired the Clondalkin based O’Dwyer English Auctioneers. O’Dwyer English is currently Re- branding as HJ Byrne Estate Agents and the business will continue to be operated from their centrally located premises at The Property House, 19 Main Street in Clondalkin.

Pat O’Dwyer has been part of the estate agent business for over 38 years and while stepping back from the business, Pat will continue to act in a consultancy role to facilitate the transition for clients to the new team.

Pat said ‘how appreciative he was for all the long standing and repeat client relationships he had over

many years and how confident he was that as the Estate Agency business changes HJ Byrne Estate Agents would bring more services and better marketing products to further grow the business going forward’. Pat wished the new business every possible success for the future.

Brian Lynch, who will be Managing Director of the combined businesses takes the opportunity to wish Pat all the very best in his ‘semi retirement’.

The existing team remains in place and is joined by a highly experienced senior sales negotiator, John Maguire, who has worked for Sherry Fitzgerald and more recently, Felicity Fox.
