An overview of the site on Old Bawn Road

According to the auctioneer who are handling the sale of the site, the property is arranged to provide a residential development site including the two houses, together with a yard and outbuildings to the rear.

Under the South Dublin County Development Plan 2016 - 2022 the subject lands are currently zoned RES – Residential, which means the site is to be used ‘to protect and/or improve residential amenity’.

The site is available with vacant possession, and benefits from being located approximately 1km south of the Village Green Tallaght shopping centre, and can be accessed via the N81 onto the Old Bawn Road.

Transport links in the area include the M50 Motorway and the N81 immediately to the east, and the N7 to the north, while public transport is facilitated by the Luas Red Line and a number of bus routes.
