Parents of kids with special needs plan 24-hour protest

Over 120 parents of children with special needs will hold a 24-hour sleep out at the Department of Education tomorrow to protest a lack of suitable school places.

The parents gathered on a social media group set up by Tallaght mother Charlotte Cahill, whose daughter Cyra was rejected by 32 schools so far and is currently enrolled in her third year of preschool.
