THE Parkleigh housing development at Seven Mills, Clonburris will deliver a mix of private, social, cost rental and affordable homes, providing secure accommodation at affordable prices to thousands of families and individuals upon completion.
Respond, South Dublin County Council and Cairn Homes welcomed An Taoiseach Simon Harris to the development between Lucan and Clondalkin on Friday. Seven Mills is part of the Clonburris Strategic Development Zone (SDZ), the largest residential development of its kind in Europe. Upon completion by 2030, Seven Mills will comprise over 5,500 new homes, with the overall SDZ accommodating approximately 9,500 homes and 25,000 residents.
