Petition plans cancelled after threats to Citywest centre
A PETITION pop-up table planned for Citywest Shopping Centre by a group of residents opposed to the sale of Citywest Hotel, was cancelled following a number of threatening phone calls and emails to the centre.
A residents’ group – Saggart Guardians – received permission from centre management to collect signatures at a pop-up table inside the centre on dates from Thursday to Saturday (July 24-26) and again the following week.
