A SITE notice outlining a developer’s intention to apply for planning permission for the development of 82 apartments to the east of Broomhill Road was erected last week.
The notice was placed on October 31 by Atlantico Partnership, for the development on a greenfield portion of lands immediately adjacent to the east of 11 Broomhill Road.
