A PLANNING proposal for 1,200 apartments at the former CB Packaging site in Clondalkin has been lodged with South Dublin County Council for consideration.
The Large-Scale Residential Developments (LRD) application by Downey Planning contains proposals for 16 blocks ranging in height from 4 to 10 storeys at a site behind the Mill Shopping Centre on Ninth Lock Road.
