Judges had visited Tallaght and Rathcoole on October 4, and must have been impressed as Rathcoole won the Most Enterprising Town in Dublin for the 3,001 to 7,000 population category, and Tallaght was awarded first runner-up in the 7,000 plus population category for the Dublin Region.
