THE Bank of Ireland building located on Main Street, Rathcoole, has sold in excess of its €2 million asking price, through TWM Property Solutions.
Offered as a secure commercial investment opportunity, the 4,359 sq ft, four-storey premises has a Bank of Ireland branch located on the ground floor.
A 25-year lease with The Governor & Company Bank of Ireland from 2007 is attached to the property, which has a rental income of €150,398 per annum and is subject to five-yearly upwards-only rent reviews.
The property represents an “asset with 16 years secure income with no-break options and good profile in a busy commuter town”.
