Residents object to trees outside St Kilian’s church being felled
Trees outside St Kilian’s church in Kingswood were considered a “real danger” to pedestrians and were entirely removed amid the disappointment of parishioners.
“The decision to remove them was not taken lightly,” explained parish priest, Fr Frank Drescher, in a message addressing parishioners online. “It was made by the parish administrative committee and approved by myself only after much discussion.”
