Robbie Keane shows support for Manchester bombing victims at One Love concert

Tallaght’s Robbie Keane was in attendance yesterday at the One Love Manchester gig to show his support for the victims of the terrorist attack two weeks ago.

The former Republic of Ireland captain took Robbie Jnr with him, and both posed for pictures with surprise act, Liam Gallagher who flew in from Germany for the concert.

It was a hugely emotional night at the Old Trafford Cricket Ground, where Ariana Grande and a host of other stars wowed the thousands in the crowd and millions around the world.

Keane was also in Manchester yesterday for Michael Carrick’s testimonial, which took place earlier in the day at the home of Manchester United.

Ireland’s record goalscorer was in fine form, setting up the first goal and then scoring a brilliant second for the Michael Carrick All-Stars side, which took on the Manchester United of 2008.
