Shane O’Reilly to launch single at Whelan’s this Sunday

Former Bipolar Empire frontman Shane O’Reilly is launching his new single ‘Driving in the Renaissance’ upstairs in Whelan’s this Sunday.
The Tallaght musician has put together a band for his solo show comprising of Git Sweeney (drums), Mikey Hyland (guitar) and Mick Keeley (bass) and will also be supported by Nichola Selak on the night.
Having moved to London since Bipolar Empire called it a day, Shane has enjoyed success playing all over London including gigs with fellow local exports Morrissey and Marshall.
The gig is definitely one not to be missed with Shane bringing his impressive vocal abilities together with his band to create a great night of Rock n’ Roll.
Van Morrison, Robert Plant, Brian Wilson are just a few massive names that Shane has been compared to over the years and any fans of Bipolar Empire will be well aware of how impressive and talented the singer is.
Tickets are €7, which is a steal, so make sure you get in to what is sure to be a memorable performance. Doors open at 8pm.
