Speaker Conolly pub apartment plans approved
PERMISSION has been granted by An Bord Pleanála with a number of conditions for an apartment development at the Speaker Conolly pub site in Firhouse.
Developer Seabren Developments Limited, whose director Michael Moran who’s family owns the Red Cow Hotel, secured planning permission from South Dublin County Council in March.
