Speaker Conolly pub to be knocked for 55 apartments
PLANS to demolish the Speaker Conolly pub in Firhouse to make way for 55 residential units including commercial units and a new pub has been approved.
Developer Seabren Developments Limited whose director includes Michael Moran from the Red Cow Hotel secured planning from South Dublin County Council this week.
