Stewarts Care hosting recruitment day

AN ORGANISATION which provides comprehensive community-based services to people with intellectual disabilities is looking to add to its team of over 1200 employees, with 60 vacancies.

Stewarts Care, which has been in operation since 1868, provides extensive services and supports to around 800 people with an intellectual disability today.

Stewarts services are delivered from two main locations in Palmerstown and Balgaddy, in Lucan.

However, it also supports residents and day attenders from their homes and day services in locations throughout West Dublin, North Kildare, and Meath.

Providing a range of services from birth through to adult, Stewarts mission is to support and empower people with an intellectual disability to live meaningful and fulfilling lives.

This is achieved trough the delivery of person-centred services by a skilled and caring workforce, in partnership with the person, their family, community and statutory authorities.

Becoming part of this team and pursuing a fulfilling career is a possibility for 60 more individuals now with Stewarts looking to add to its 1200-strong workforce.

On November 23, Stewarts Care is hosting a recruitment day in partnership with Cpl Healthcare to recruit healthcare assistants, social care workers, registered nurses, allied health professionals and more support roles.

Ask questions, explore career options, and get to know the Stewarts Care team at the recruitment day between 12 and 7pm at the Stewarts Care HQ in Palmerstown, with the Eircode, D20 XT80.

Johnstown Estate in Enfield, Co Meath, and Units F&G, Wolfe Tone St in Naas, Co Kildare, will also be hosting open days at the same time.
