Students explore the European Union
Sixth class students taking part in a project exploring the European Union had a visit from one of Dublin’s own European representatives.
MEP Aodhán Ó Riordán visited St Raphael’s NS in Ballyfermot last Friday, May 2, to meet with pupils taking part in the Blue Star Programme, run in schools across Ireland and Europe with the aim of teaching children about the European Union, the work it carries out and its member states.
