Tallaght couple set to star in tonight’s Don’t Tell the Bride

Tonight’s episode of Don’t Tell The Bride is set to be one of the most entertaining yet as Tallaght couple Peter, who is orignally from Baldoyle, and Tracey, who is originally from Crumlin, tie the knot.

Peter’s love of football comes to the fore during the planning stage, with the groom choosing to decorate Tracey’s veil with black paint to look like an old-style football, while his choice of venue is a long way off what the bride had hoped for.

Tracey’s ideal location to say “I do” is the Olympia Theatre on Dame Street, but her future hubby has his sights set on Tallaght Stadium, the home of Shamrock Rovers.

According to Peter, the local location of the stadium and its proximity to the M50 make it the obvious choice, but will Tracey love it?

If that was not enough, the bride-to-be is left stunned when she realises she will be driving herself to the venue, but there is just one little problem, Tracey can’t actually drive!

Having just met the driving instructor, Tracey says: “I’m not driving anywhere, oh no I don’t know how to drive, I can’t drive, I literally can’t drive, not a hope.”

The show is sure to be a great watch, but will the bride be beaming with joy by the end of the day?

Check out Don’t Tell the Bride on RTE2 tonight at 9:35pm.
