Tallaght man breached protection order –twice over

A MAN accused of breaching a protection order twice over the weekend was released on bail by Tallaght Court.

Niall Knowles appeared before Judge Patricia McNamara in custody.

Knowles, aged 34, with an address at Cushlawn Park, Tallaght, is charged with contravening a protection order at the above address on September 16, 2016, and on September 17, 2016.

Knowles’ solicitor, Padraig O’Donovan, told Judge McNamara that there was no objection to bail.

Judge McNamara released Knowles on his own bail of €200 and remanded him for three weeks for a plea or a date for hearing.
