The Mill Shopping Centre in Clondalkin is up for sale

The Mill Shopping Centre in Clondalkin is up for sale as part of a portfolio which includes two other Dublin shopping centres.

The total guide price for the three centres, which includes Bloomfield in Dun Laoghaire and the Kilbarrack SC, is €43 million.

Also included in the portfolio is a building on Lock Road in Clondalkin, which is currently being let by the Department of Social Protection.

Reports suggest the Mill in Clondalkin sees the highest rent of the three, with the centre anchored by Dunnes Stores since it opened in 1994.
