They’re battering biscuits in Borza Ballyfermot…

There's been a major shift over the last 12 months or so in the fast-food world, with the spice bag craze morphing into spice/mega box hysteria, and that's not even mentioning the hundreds of other combo-style deals our favourite takeaways have been creating.
But what’s really caught our attention lately has been the influx of sweet creations from the likes of Scrumdiddlys in Dun Laoghaire and Truly Scrumptious in Ballyfermot.
It’s like they’ve said, “lets take a break from all the calorie watching and have some fun, enjoy what we’re eating, and have something we really want”.
And in keeping with that our friends at Borza in Ballyfermot have created a treat that we literally cannot wait to try – the battered Oreo cookie!

Lets face it, the Oreo is exactly what you want from a cream filled chocolate biscuit, and only one thing could ever possibly make it better – BATTER!
We’re told by some very reliable sources that the Ballyfermot delicacy is fast becoming the talk of the Magic Mile, and at that price we’re not surprised.
