Warning letter issued over hoarding at Dolcain House
A WARNING letter was issued last year to the owners of Dolcain House by South Dublin County Council in relation to a planning complaint about the hoardings outside the IPAS facility.
However, questions have been asked as to why Dolcain House was recently declared exempt from planning permission, for the purpose of accommodation for international protection applicants, while the warning letter for the hoarding is still outstanding.
