Water supply in Tallaght affected due to burst water mains on Mayberry Road

Residents in Tallaght, particularly those living in Kilnamanagh, Kingswood, Belgard and the surrounding areas, should be aware that due to a burst water mains on Mayberry Road water supply may be affected.

According to South Dublin County Council the damage has been caused by a contractor working in the area.

In a statement from Irish Water they said: “Repairs to a burst water main may cause supply disruptions to Mayberry Road and surrounding areas in Tallaght, Dublin 24.

“Works have an estimated completion time of 5pm on 17 February.

Meanwhile SDCC said: “The Water Section are responding to damage caused to a water main by a contractor at: MAYBERRY ROAD, D.24.”
