Welltel create 25 new jobs to support business growth

ONE of Ireland’s largest dedicated business communications provider, Welltel, has annunced the creation of 25 new jobs to support the planned growth of the business.

Located in Ballymount, Welltel provides market-leading communications and IT services to business customers across unified communications (UC), contact centres, secure connectivity, cloud solutions, and managed security. The creation of the new jobs will increase Welltel’s capability and service delivery in these high-growth markets.

As we continue on our growth path, including our ‘buy-and-build’ acquisition strategy, we need the right people to support this expansion.”

The new roles to be filled immediately will span a number of departments within the business including project management, product management, pre-sales, sales, marketing, and engineering in cybersecurity, IT, and data networking.

The company is seeing high demand for the migration of customers to the digital and hybrid workspaces of the future, requiring a high level of competency across connectivity, security, and cloud technologies.

The new staff will allow Welltel to build out its capabilities in these areas and underscores its commitment to providing best-in-class solutions for its customers.

Currently with 180 employees, Welltel is on an upward growth trajectory, supplemented by a combination of strategic acquisitions and organic business growth.

The company has strong links with industry partners including Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Avaya, and is also a Microsoft Gold Partner in Cloud Productivity and Cloud Small and Mid-Market Solutions.
