The units are being developed by Clúid Housing Association in partnership with South Dublin County Council.

They will consist of 63 one-bedroom apartments and 18 two-bedroom apartments and associated site developments.

The construction for the project is scheduled to take place for 90 weeks and is expected to be completed in the Spring of 2023.

Cunningham Contracts Group (CCG) have been appointed as the main contractor on this project and will erect site hoarding around the perimeter of the site to secure the boundary upon commencement of the construction.

The existing access to Sean Walsh Park from Whitestown Way will be widened, so that access to this car park will remain fully open whilst creating access to the construction site.
