“As WorkHuman continues to grow, it’s our people that are at the heart of our culture. Our innovations in human applications are shaping the future of work by helping organisations connect culture to shared purpose.

“WorkHuman is no different as we use our platform internally and have seen the results of the power of gratitude leading to this amazing recognition from our employees.”

Located in Park West, this is the seventh year in a row that WorkHuman (formerly Globoforce) has been recognised as a top Irish workplace for high scores based on an employee survey and an assessment of its workplace policies and practices.

In May 2017, WorkHuman unveiled its new Dublin headquarters in Park West and announced the creation of 100 jobs as the company continues to expand globally.

This month, the company also announced the addition of 150 jobs at its Dublin HQ, which further demonstrates its continued success in the area.
