BANNING the sport of hare coursing was the subject of debate in South Dublin County Council, which led to Cllr Mick Duff telling Cllr David McManus he would let the dog off the leash after him to see how it would affect him.
Hare coursing is the activity where dogs, usually greyhounds or lurchers, are used to chase and catch hares.
