Additional information sought on Inland Fisheries plans in Citywest
SOUTH Dublin County Council have requested additional information about a planning permission application submitted by Inland Fisheries Ireland, which outlines a number of changes to Castle House in Citywest Business Park.
The plans contain proposals to build an external 105 sq m storage shed, a below-ground rain-harvesting tank, five car-parking spaces, the extension of the existing rear yard and and the replacement of the existing yard gate and fencing.
There are 19 existing car-parking spaces on the site, which is adjacent to Citywest Road and north of Garter Avenue.
South Dublin County Council have requested additional information about the planning application.
The additional information which has been requested by SDCC includes submitting a drawing showing the site’s water main layout, a report showing water surface attenuation calculations, a tree survey showing all of the existing trees and hedges on the site, a tree protection plan and a fully detailed landscape plan.
The council requested the additional information last November, and the applicant must submit the requested additional information within six months of the council’s decision.
If the information isn’t submitted within six months the application will be considered withdrawn.
A decision is due from the council on March 23.
