Tallaght Person of the Year: And the nominees are…

A diverse and inclusive list of nominees has been received across all eight categories, with the list of 115 names reflecting the vibrancy, talent and volunteering spirit of Tallaght.

There’s plenty of innovation in the business category and a varied selection of worthy community groups, voluntary services, sports clubs and individuals of all ages represented across the categories of Arts and Culture, Community, Environment, Special Needs and Carers, Sport and the Heart of Gold.

All of these nominees contribute to the fabric of Tallaght and make their community a better place to live – and most importantly, help promote it as the great place it is.

The entire community is invited to be part of the celebration in the Red Cow Pavilion on Friday, November 20.

A limited number of tickets are still available for Tallaght Person of the Year which, organised by the Tallaght Community Council [TCC], are available from the event’s official box office in The Echo office on Main Road, Tallaght.

Tickets include a four course meal and entertainment by special guest Al Porter and Tallaght band Ruffus.
