Anyone who remembers the panic of doing their Leaving Cert may also remember Ashfield College.
The private secondary Leaving Cert-cycle school was synonymous with sixth-year exams and was a popular choice for anyone who wanted to fork out money for grinds or for an entire repeat year.

The school, which turns 40 this year, spent 35 years in the suburb of Templeogue before moving to Dundrum two years ago.
The school building which stood on Main Street in Templeogue village has now been reduced to rubble in order to make way for the construction of residential homes.
Previously reported in The Echo property management firm Avestus Partners Capital acquired the 1.13-acre former Ashfield College property with a guiding price of over €3.7m for the site, with a view to building 16 family homes.
According to a brochure from agents CBRE from earlier this year, the site is situated just 1.5km from Terenure village and 6km from the city centre, whilst it also benefits from direct access to the M50 motorway, and the area is also well served by public transport with a Quality Bus Corridor serving Templeogue Road.
