
Belgard residents hedging their concerns over safe space for kids
Residents have raised concerns over newly installed hedging at Belgard, calling for a meeting with the Residents Association to discuss its appearance and effectiveness.
The hedge was installed in an effort to improve safety in the estate by discouraging children from running directly into the road while playing, but many claim it is unattractive and ineffective while councillors argue it improves safety for children.
