Enda’s always had the upper hand in this contest and registered the opening five points with Conal Keaney, Ryan Basquel and Paul Doherty slotting over the bar.

Na Fianna opened their account on 14 minutes through a Gavin King free but then Ryan Basquel hammered home a goal.

Shane Durkin at centre back fired over a point but Na Fianna stayed in touch with King slotting over frees to make it 1-6 to 0-4 at the break.

The introduction of Paul Ryan in the second half into attack had a big bearing on this game as the talented player registered five points – three from frees to torment the Na Fianna defence.

Na Fianna again hit back with two points from King and Conor Kelly but Boden stayed in touch with Ryan again slotting over points.

Na Fianna then had a player sent off and while the teams exchanged scores, Ballyboden held out to secure the title and complete a superb season that also saw them reach the Leinster Final.
