Calls for Katharine Tynan house to be redeveloped into cultural hub

Developers have “no immediate timeline” for the refurbishment of a historic house despite calls from residents to turn the site into a community hub.

Katharine Tynan House in Kingswood, also known as Whitehall, is a protected structure and was the home of novelist and poet Katharine Tynan in the 1900s, hosting the likes of William Butler Yeats and AE Russell at times.
