SOUTH Dublin County Council will call on the Government to address the staff shortage in disability services as an emergency.
“In some areas, children’s files have been left unopened for up to eight years,” said Councillor for Firhouse/Bohernabreena Alan Edge (Ind) at the monthly Council meeting on Monday.
