CoachApproach online slimdown and kickstart programme begins June 6

The next session of CoachApproach’s successful online slimdown and kickstart programme will begin on June 6, with registration open until June 1.

Lee Moroney, who works full-time as a Community Employment Supervisor and runs CoachApproach on a part-time basis, has been running the successful programme through email and a private Facebook group  since July 2015.

He told The Echo: “I find my self working all the time sometimes from my early morning or late in the evening, the Facebook takes alot of time and responding in a timely manner to emails, phone calls, and texts.

“Our latest success has been our online slimdown and kickstart program which is run through email and a private Facebook group which I was running over two to four weeks since July 2015.

“I’m looking at developing a longer program as I always felt people aired their was “grievenance” just before the group finished and a lot wanted to continue.”

CoachApproach was awarded the business award at the “Tallaght person of the year” award in November 2014.

There are two options to subscribe to CoachApproach’s online programme, €7 per month on subsription or €19 for three months, with all subscriptions taken through a secure PayPal payment.
