Delays on Luas red line due to truck broken down on tracks

There is currently no Luas running on the red line between Blackhorse and the Point/Connolly this afternoon.

The disruption is due to a truck stuck on the tracks at Heuston Station.

Trams are running as normal between Saggart/Tallaght and Blackhorse.

In a statement from Luas operators they said: “No service between Blackhorse and The Point/ Connolly due to a truck stuck on the tracks near Heuston.

“Dublin Bus are accepting valid Luas tickets for the duration of the disruption. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.”
