‘Digital divide’ in schools leaves families struggling
FUNDING and resources issues in local schools across Tallaght, Rathfarnham and more were noted as the Government were warned against a “digital divide.”
Schools such as Scoil Maelruain Junior National School in Old Bawn and Sancta Maria College in Ballyroan were some of the schools noted by Dublin South-West TD Ciarán Ahern to be dealing with issues such as the loss of a teacher post or the delay in delivery of a new facility.
