€30,000 raised at Darkness Into Light in Tymon Park
The “moving” Darkness into Light events in Tymon Park and St Catherine’s Park proved to be a great success this year, with tens of thousands raised through the Saturday morning walks.
Thousands gathered across the two locations in the cold darkness and set off at 4.15am on the 5km walks while the light began to shine around them, with money raised from their fundraising going towards Pieta.
