UP TO 500 members celebrated the 50th anniversary of Clondalkin Motorcycle Club by taking part in their weekend rally to Wexford.

Once in Wexford, the club enjoyed live music and celebrations at a venue they built in a field.

The club held their first meet in 1970 at Round Tower GAA Club.

Tallaght street artist Emmalene Blake completed a mural of the late Sinéad O’Connor, who died aged 56 in London in July.

A week after Sinéad’s death, Emmalene put the finishing touches to a mural at South Great George’s Street.

Multiple council housing lists were called into question by Ballyfermot Cllr Vincent Jackson (Ind) who says the reality for some people waiting over 20 years for a home is “soul-destroying.”

It is his understanding that Dublin City Council has up to 11 different housing lists. The city council did not respond to query by The Echo.

Glenville Pitch and Putt Club held its Captain’s Day while celebrating its 75th anniversary.

With the Captain’s Trophy at the Kiltipper club was Peter Byrne (centre, seated) with his family.

A mental health service said it is “inundated” with people seeking help from them, ahead of the launch of a new fundraiser to fund 500 therapy hours for the service.

The Let’s Get Talking service has a branch on the Walkinstown Road, next to Regent Palace Chinese takeaway.

The long-awaited opening of Kishoge train station in Lucan is delayed again until Spring 2024, weeks after its initial expected opening date of December.

The station has been dormant since its construction at a cost of more than €6 million 14 years ago, and is on the Kildare line between Clondalkin and Adamstown.
