Gardaí seek public’s help in finding missing 17-year-old Chelsea

UPDATE: Chelsea Gaffney reported missing on the 21st October 2021, has been located safe and well. An Garda Síochána thanks the media and the public for their assistance in this matter.

GARDAÍ in Rathfarnham are seeking the public’s assistance in tracing the whereabouts of 17-year-old Chelsea Gaffney, who was last seen in the Carrickmount area in Dublin 14 on Thursday evening.

When last seen on Thursday, October 21, Chelsea was wearing a grey long zip tracksuit, grey and black leggings with black and white runners.

Chelsea is described as being approximately 5 foot 10 inches in height with a slim build, long straight black hair with red roots and blue eyes.

Gardaí say that Chelsea is known to frequent Clondalkin and the Dublin 22 area.

In a statement issued today, Gardaí said that Chelsea’s family are concerned for her welfare.
