Man shot in Clondalkin

Gardaí at Ronanstown in Dublin are investigating a shooting incident which occurred shortly before 9pm this evening at Shancastle Drive, Clondalkin.
A man in his 20’s received gunshot wounds to his leg and arm. He was taken to Connolly Hospital in Blanchardstown where his injuries are not thought to be life threatening.
The scene is currently sealed off pending a Garda Forensic Examination.
Investigating Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to contact Ronanstown Garda Station on 01-666 7700, the Garda Confidential Line 1 800 666 111 or any Garda Station.
Investigations are continuing.
