Over half of employees expect seasonal gifts and bonuses
ALMOST 70 per cent of Irish employees are expecting an end-of-year bonus, according to new research by tech software firm WorkHuman.
The study shows that around half of employees are also expecting gifts from colleagues and managers, while 37 per cent of workers believe that bonuses and gifts are tied directly to their performance at work.
