Photographers snap up Satsun Awards
THE SatSun Photography Club held their 14th annual year in review presentation and awards ceremony on July 7 in the West County Hotel in Chapelizod.
The Ballyfermot club was founded in 2003 and consists of novice, intermediate, and advanced members, and always welcomes new people.
The awards given out included Best Novice Photographer: Joanne Byrne, Best Intermediate Photographer: Paul Armstrong, Best Advanced Photographer: Justin Melia and Best Overall Image: Carmel Grahame.
The club is now starting their summer project, which is every Monday night and every third Sunday; anyone interested in photography who wants to improve or spend time with like-minded people should come along.
