Proposals for the 0.36-hectare site include 5 4-bedroom detached houses, 1 4-bedroom semi-detached house and 1 3-bedroom semi-detached house. The proposed works also include landscaping works to boundaries and all necessary associated ancillary works on the site and to adjacent areas including all carpark spaces within the curtilage.
