Remembering loved ones

Those living with COPD, along with families and friends of those who passed from the disease took part in a remembrance day at Rua Red in Tallaght on Thursday.

COPD, or Chronic Obtrusive Pulmonary Disease, is a common disease caused by damage to lungs, leading to restricted airflow and breathing problems, and is known as the third leading cause of death, with more than 3.4 million deaths across the world in 2023 from the condition.
