Roles on offer at community based groups

APPLICATIONS for a role within a community organisation are being sought for a group in Ballyfermot.

A role as maternity cover childcare worker is required at the Ballyfermot Star – a centre which provides support to drug users and their families.

The role covers responsibility for development and delivery of a quality early learning centre – working with children to provide specific assessed needs, and working under the daily supervision of the centre manager.

The Ballyfermot Star are also seeking a supervisor for community employment with knowledge of addiction and rehabilitation services.

The successful applicant will have three years minimum experience relevant to the post.

Meanwhile, mental health group Jigsaw are accepting applications from clinical support workers for the Tallaght and Clondalkin areas.

Applications are welcome from Clinical/Counselling/Educational Psychologists, Social Workers, Mental Health Nurses and Occupational Therapists with three plus years’ experience.
